Indian Dumbbells

The term “Indian dumbbells” can refer to two very different categories of fitness tools: modern, commercial gym dumbbells manufactured or distributed within India (such as the PVC, rubber, and steel sets we’ve explored from brands like MrOlympia, DCS Pro, and Lifelong), or traditional, ancient Indian strength-training implements historically used by wrestlers (pehlwans) and traditional warriors.Description: Carved out of heavy wood (like teak or mahogany), a Mudgar features a tapered, club-like shape with a handle at one end and a weighted bulbous head at the other.
