1. Subscription Cancellation
- Users (shop owners) can request cancellation of their subscription at any time.
- Cancellation will stop future renewals only (if applicable).
- The current active subscription will continue until its expiry date.
2. No Refund Policy
- All subscription payments are non-refundable once activated.
- No partial refunds will be provided for unused duration.
👉 Example:
If a user cancels a 6-month plan after 1 month, the remaining 5 months will not be refunded.
3. Cancellation Request Process
To cancel your subscription, users must:
- Contact our support team via phone/email
- Provide registered mobile number and business details
- Request will be processed within 24–48 hours
4. Company Rights
DialKart.in reserves the right to:
- Suspend or cancel any account that violates terms & conditions
- Remove listings containing false or inappropriate information
- Take necessary action without prior notice in case of policy violations
5. Service Interruption
- DialKart.in is not liable for any temporary service interruptions
- No compensation or refund will be provided for downtime or technical issues
6. Modifications to Policy
- DialKart.in may update this Cancellation Policy at any time
- Users are advised to review this page periodically
